Here are some sample menu plans for a variety of different settings.

All dishes are dairy free, vegan and free of wheat, gluten and refined sugars

Dinner party sit down meal for four to ten people

Starter

Avocado and lime soup with a mango salsa

Main

Courgetti (courgette spaghetti) with Marinara sauce and marinated mushrooms and pine nut Parmesan, served with an almond garlic bread.

Dessert

Light and airy Irish moss chocolate orange mousse served with a caramelised orange zest shard.

Middle-Eastern style buffet up to 30 people

Workshop for 8 people

A workshop would start with approximately 2 hours practical prep followed by a sit-down meal to enjoy the food we’ve prepared.
